7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapRent.site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if SnapRent.site has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapRent.site, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Licensed Materials in violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapRent.site operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where SnapRent.site is based.

11. Amendments

SnapRent.site reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the website.
